“Embossed Bag Medical Line”, this is the name of the new medical line just delivered to a customer in Russia for the production of calendered sheets for medical bags.
The plastic sheet has a width adjustable from 80 to 420 mm and a thickness varying from 0.1 to 0.65 mm and it is characterized by its double surface: smooth outside and embossed inside, realized by a calender with three rollers (two smooth rollers and an embossed central roller).
The innovative product, thanks to the embossed surface, avoids the problem of friction that causes adhesion between the two layers of the bag, facilitating its use and ensuring greater security. .
