Bausano pipes lines are equipped with the NEW COOLING TANK 500, completely made of stainless steel, to ensure total absence of corrosion. A further fine-tuning of the cooling tanks has improved performance, guaranteeing energy saving. The improved closed circuit system of water, with the heat exchanger, minimizes waste and ensures a more and more attention to saving.
Thanks to the presence of inverter, which acts directly on the adjustment of pump speed, vacuum control system, inside the tank, maintains a constant level, automatically adjusting itself and reducing considerably consumption of electricity. The new TANK 500 has been designed for the calibration and cooling of pipes up to a 1000mm diameter. Moreover, the simplicity of regulation on the three axes and the motorised longitudinal movement give fast and precise positioning during the processing operations

All our lines can be completed with semi-automatic or automatic belling systems and thickness control systems with different levels of automation.
